Hello Avinya Community!
As we have come to the final week for the 2023B Batch, we find ourselves enveloped in a whirlwind of emotions. It’s been a journey filled with laughter, learning, and unforgettable memories. Let me walk you through some moments that made this week truly special.
We had our last guest speaker for the term, Mr.Manjula Gunawardena and the crew from SLT. With passion and a big vision, he talked about many opportunities in Customer Service.
The final Homeroom sessions turned into cherished moments of outdoor bonding. Students spent hours under the open sky, organizing intense games of volleyball using nets they fashioned themselves. Cheers and shouts echoed across the field as teams battled it out, forging memories that would last a lifetime.
As the volleyball matches ended with some friendly competition, students slowly transitioned to an afternoon of music and dance.The beats of their favorite songs filled the air, and soon the entire cafeteria was alive with their energy and passion.
And so, the day of graduation arrived, filled with a tangible buzz of anticipation.The students, dressed in their graduation robes that spoke of hard work, ascended the stairs as Avinya’s proud scholars for the final time. Their faces glowed with a mix of excitement and nostalgia.
As they approached the stage to receive their certificates, I couldn’t help but be swept away by a swell of pride, witnessing the remarkable journey each of them had undertaken.
With tearful eyes and hearts overflowing with love, we bid adieu to the Class of 2023B. For us though, this is not goodbye. It is merely a pause in the melody of our journey together, a prelude to the symphony that awaits as we will hover eagerly and watch over their future success from the sidelines.
Sadly with heavy hearts, we also had to bid farewell to our dear Vids, a teacher, a mentor, and a fashion icon all rolled into one, who has left an indelible mark on our hearts.Vids,dear Vids, not only were you our go-to savior in every situation, but your cakes and brownies were pure magic, and your Baileys coffee a heavenly delight. And let’s not forget your impeccable fashion sense,each outfit a masterpiece!
Our small farewell ceremony, filled with laughter and tears, was a testament to the memories we’ve shared. So here’s to you, dear Vids, our guiding light, our steadfast anchor. May the road ahead be lined with joy, adventure, and endless cups of baileys coffee. Please remember that, wherever life takes you, know that you will always have a home here at Avinya, waiting with open arms and hearts full of love.As we say goodbye for now, we do so with a promise to carry forward the lessons you have imparted, the memories you have gifted us.
