Work Study Program

Avinya aims to provide economically distressed young Sri Lankans, who are unable to continue in the traditional education system and lack essential skills, an alternate path towards a professional career. The Work Study Program is designed to create a supportive environment for young adults to pursue self-improvement and build a foundation for any blue or white-collar professional career. 

While studying to sit for the TVEC Customer Service NVQ Level 3 course, students will also receive training in English, IT, Job Skills and other essential 21st-century skills through Avinya’s Empower program. During the second half of the program, students will gain practical work experience while further enhancing their academic knowledge with the City and Guilds Front Office Services Level 3 qualification.(Pending Approval)

Full time in academy
3 days a week in academy, 2 days a week on practical work experience

Rs. 10,000 / month
Rs. 15,000 / month
