Student Admission Requirements

To ensure readiness for professional careers, selected students must:

1. Be at least 19 years and less than 25 years of age at the beginning of the program.
2. Have attempted traditional intellectual learning tracks (e.g., attempted ALs) and decided to pursue an alternative path.
3. Come from an economically disadvantaged background.

All candidates must sign a contract to study and work for 11 months under Avinya’s guidance, with termination criteria, attendance requirements and salary reductions for non-attendance.
